Frodo Baggins-Hero of Middle Earth

*If you have never read or watched The Lord of the Rings , this post could contain some spoilers for you. 😁 Background on Frodo: Frodo is a normal and average Hobbit who loved adventure when he was younger. After his parents' death he went to go live with his cousin Bilbo Baggins at Bag End. Frodo was like every other Hobbit; he enjoyed the thrill of adventure as a child but as he grew older it wore off, until Gandalf came around again...  Age at the Council of Elrond: Frodo is 50, unlike the movies which portrays that he is around 20 and his going on his quest right after Bilbo's birthday. In the books he had shared the birthday party with his cousin Bilbo (their birthday is September 22nd) and then had the Ring in his possession for fifteen plus years before leaving for Bree.  Frodo's Role and Importance in the Fellowship: Frodo is the Ringbearer of the Fellowship. The Complete List of Books I Read Last Year (2023 Edition)

Last year (2023), I challenged myself to read one-hundred books and unfortunately, I only read eighty-seven. I recorded every book as I read them, so here is the complete list! 

It may seem like a lot of books when you read the list, but that's okay. Some of these books are on the smaller side and some of them are very large, because as I have said before, I read a wide variety of books. 

There is also a reoccurring pattern, which is the I read entire series before reading a different type of book 😀.

I enjoyed reading almost all of them (I especially despise The Red Badge of Courage 😖 that book was a nightmare to read) I hope you enjoyed reading all of those titles and authors!     Wow! This is amazing! Even though you did not hit 100, I definitely think 87 is a good number! I was barely able to manage reading 20 books last year! A couple of things: "To Kill a Mockingbird" is one of my all time favorite books, and "The Best Christmas Pageant Ever" is one of the funniest books I have ever read - even as an adult!
