The Reason Behind Starting a Blog

I like to give facts about what I am reading to the people around me and sometimes they don't get it or they don't care. Either they have no idea what I'm talking about or they just are tired of me telling them random facts. I guess I don't really mind, I still do it anyway (most of the time). 

I am an avid reader, and I am very knowledgeable about some series and books (I may know too much about them.). Some people call me a LotR nerd or a book nerd in general. I'm a big lotr fan, a slowly rising Greek mythology reader, a Jane Austen fan, and book lover in general. 

When people say I don't like reading I automatically think they are so missing out and it's true they are.

Reading is an adventure, it can take us almost anywhere. A quiet meadow, a terrible first day of school, the middle of a galactic war, or a ship bobbling on the waves. Life's a rollercoster and reading is just part of the fun, the thrill as your stomach drops or the laughter and screaming as a bend comes into the path.

Reading can make life fun, using your imagination as you turn every page, holding on until the end comes, or even sobbing as an emotional scene passes by.
