My Writing Problem

I apologize that I am not posting as often, I am having a hard time thinking of what to write 😁.  As you pretty much all know by now, I love to read. I also love to write, for the past few years I have tried and tried again to come up with a great plot for a book and unfortunately, I keep coming up with new ideas, but I always get stuck. I can write ideas and scenes, but I have a hard time transitioning scenes. As the result of this problem, I have an unfortunate tendency to give up the idea all together. To try and fix this problem I have consolidated my ideas into two books, one an original fantasy book and the other, a combination of fairytales and other stories (I will only be using the characters). But unfortunately, right now I have writer's block. I can't come up with anything good! It is a very sad time to go through, especially if you love writing like I do. I am hoping that it goes away soon so I can keep writing my book(s). I tried to write some yesterday and I wrot

An Intro to My Blog

 Hey y'all, 

I'm Macky D. This is my first blog, and I am so excited! 😁

I first decided to start a blog a few months ago when I accidently began ranting about a book series I really like. Only then did I realize that no one was actually listening. I have wanted for a long time to create a website for my obsession with books. I may have a problem considering that I read very fast 😬 (like, I can read some books in a few hours), one summer literally all I did was read. I read 2-3 books a day!

It took some time to figure out just how exeactly to make a blog. I knew there where many different websites to help make one but some you have to pay for and some you don't. I really didn't know anything about starting a blog. I finally decided to use blogger.com for my blog. The process was very easy after coming up with the domain name (so many of them were already taken). I found colorful templetes to customize and then I began to create my posts. 

I have been wanting to have a blog for a while now but I didn't know when I would actually start it so I started making posts that I could copy onto my blog when I actually started it. I hope to create and post my blog posts at a steady and consistent rate. 

My love for books and reading has now led to me writing (partially) a few short stories, and I am currently trying to write a book (it may take a while).

I will try to keep this blog organized and on topic but occasionally I may rant or post things about movies or book related things.
